In my work with Dirty Shirley, the primary focus was enhancing the website experience while navigating legal challenges surrounding the sale of alcohol online. Despite these restrictions, I helped improve user experience by implementing an age gate to comply with regulations and refining the checkout process to minimize friction. I also worked on optimizing retention tools, such as introducing a loyalty program and improving the overall flow of product pages, especially Product Detail Pages (PDP). These improvements aimed to increase customer engagement, drive conversions, and ultimately boost revenue, all while adhering to legal requirements for alcohol sales.
